About the Author
While attending college, Micheal Wellington gained the knowledge and passion for the sport, Track & Field, which brought love to his life. He is currently the head coach of the Track & Field team at Alemany High School in Mission Hills, California.
Since becoming head coach, he has sent 17 students to college on athletic scholarships. His teams have won a divisional team championship, 34 school records have been broken, produced 17 divisional champions, and 7 California state medalists. Micheal is also a personal trainer (Your Temple Fitness), and model featured on the book cover of Brainwashed by Tom Burrell, several photography websites, and a Nike advertisement. He and his wife, Tina along with their daughter, Grace Michelle, live in Southern California.
