About the Author

Henry Nutt III has worked in the Sheet Metal Union (Local 104) since October 1987. Currently working for Southland Industries since May 2007. Managing $1.5 billion in construction work during his tenure as general superintendent.  Henry is a strong advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion by creating opportunities for a wide array of people. Henry is the current Chair for the Associated General Contractors of America Diversity & Inclusion National Steering Committee. He and his family reside in Northern California.
