About the Author

Melba T. Binion-Sanders-Johnson is a professional actress, model, and has been doing so for the last thirteen years, specifically within the broadcast and print industry. She is an author and visionary of Through My Mothers Eyes. Ms. Johnson is also a 36-year practitioner and senior teacher of Bikram Hot Yoga, as well as a certified Core Power Yoga instructor. 

Recently, she launched a yoga apparel line called, “Its A Wrap by Melba” She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from California State University, Dominguez Hills, and a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM), specializing in merchandising and marketing. Ms. Johnson is the mother of five children, grandmother of seven, which includes Kelsey and Skyler Yates, co-authors of Twins in (Pairs) Paris. She and her husband reside in San Pedro, California.
